About Marijane Abeyta, NP-C
Ms. Abeyta is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in the treatment of patients with orthopedic and spine conditions. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Born in Washington state, she moved during her childhood to Atlanta, GA. She attended Kennesaw State University, where she earned her Bachelors degree of Science in Nursing in 2006. She spent most of her nursing career caring for patients in the Intensive Care Unit specializing in cardiothoracic surgery and she has experience caring for patients recovering from orthopedic surgery in the hospital setting.
Ms. Abeyta went on to complete her Masters degree of Science in Nursing at Spring Arbor University in Michigan. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has volunteered her time serving in a north Georgia community clinic providing free/low cost medical services.
She is truly a patient advocate and takes the time to educate and collaborate with her patients and staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the needs of each individual.
Ms. Abeyta enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, and enjoys reading, mountain biking, hiking, and traveling in her free time.
