About Roland Bailey, PA
Mr. Bailey joined OSSP in September of 2025. He graduated from the Tri-Service Military PA program with a bachelor’s degree in PA studies in 1999. After he completed his initial PA studies, he went on to complete his Masters in Family Practice from the University of Nebraska. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
His medical career started with the U.S. Army, training first as a combat medic and then Flight Paramedic. Mr. Baileys’ work experiences include years of office and surgical experience in Orthopedics and Orthopedic surgery, as well as advanced Orthopedic training in hand and upper extremity conditions at the National Hand Center in Baltimore, Md. Mr. Bailey brings a diverse medical background to his medical care with a career treating all types of medical issues in Pain management, Neurology and Oncology.
Mr. Bailey is a long-term former CIA officer and PA, serving in numerous capacities with the Agency over a nearly 2-decade career. He served his final assignment as the PA and Protective Agent to the Director of Central Intelligence.
