About Dean Harper, PA.

Dean is a certified Physician Assistant though the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He is licensed by the Georgia Composite Medical Board. He is also a proud member of the Physician Assistant Orthopedic Society. His passion for orthopedics has led him to work nearly ten years as an Orthopedic Surgery PA with a heavy emphasis on an in depth knowledge of the knee, hip, and shoulder.

Dean was born in Savannah, GA and has lived within the state his entire life. He grew up with a passion for sports which started with baseball and soccer, the latter of which he was a multi-year state champion at the high school level. In 2010, he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Georgia College & State University. In 2014, he earned his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah, GA.

Dean currently resides in Columbus, GA with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys rowing, photography, gaming, golf, and interacting in anything sports related.

Surgery was a success my left knee is fully functional again. Langer and his staff was very helpful through this entire process they assigned me a top physical therapist Cara which was great at helping me to improve now just up to me to continue to condition myself back to the way I was physically before the injury and hopefully I never have to endure any future injuries that lead to surgery.
