Donald J. Tibbetts, (DJ) received his BS in AT (athletic training) from Merrimack College in 2007 and a Master of Physician Assistant Study from MCPHS University in 2013. He has worked as an AT in multiple settings including high school, collegiate, and industrial settings (construction and manufacturing) and as a physician assistant in hospital medicine, pain medicine/physiatry, orthopedic surgery, and regenerative medicine. He has been an AT since 2008 and a PA-C since 2015. He has a passion for sports and medicine of which both AT and PA fulfill and enjoys helping people through injury/ailments and returning them back to their normal lifestyle/sports/ADLs.

I’m a very dedicated/thorough practitioner who listens to patients and does all i can to address their issues/complaints to the best of my ability. In my mind patients come first and being there for patients in both good/bad times is crucial in maintaining a good patient/practitioner relationship. It’s very rewarding when you are able to help someone through an injury/health issue and allow them to resume ADLs and get back to doing what they enjoy!

DJ’s hobbies include traveling, fishing, sports (baseball in particular), exercising, and playing with his 2 boys Mason and Myles. He resides in Dracut MA with his wife and 2 boys.

Surgery was a success my left knee is fully functional again. Langer and his staff was very helpful through this entire process they assigned me a top physical therapist Cara which was great at helping me to improve now just up to me to continue to condition myself back to the way I was physically before the injury and hopefully I never have to endure any future injuries that lead to surgery.
