Layne McLain, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with nearly 15 years of clinical experience caring for patients across Arkansas. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University and has dedicated her career to helping patients improve their health, mobility, and overall quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care.

As part of the OSSP team, she combines a whole-person perspective with a passion for diagnosing and treating spine and musculoskeletal conditions, helping patients regain function and return to the activities they enjoy.

Layne believes that one of the most important parts of medicine is listening. She strives to ensure every patient feels heard, understands their diagnosis, and leaves with a clear treatment plan tailored to their individual needs.

A lifelong Arkansan, Layne lives in Northwest Arkansas with her husband and their three daughters. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys serving in her church’s worship ministry, spending quality time with her daughters, and exploring all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

Surgery was a success my left knee is fully functional again. Langer and his staff was very helpful through this entire process they assigned me a top physical therapist Cara which was great at helping me to improve now just up to me to continue to condition myself back to the way I was physically before the injury and hopefully I never have to endure any future injuries that lead to surgery.
