About Stephanie Laurer, PA-C
Stephanie is a scientist turned clinician. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry she accepted a position as a clinical research coordinator in transplant surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, a position vastly different to what she was accustomed to working at the bench. Stephanie fell in love with medicine and graduated with a master’s in Physician Assistant studies from Northeastern University in 2016. Stephanie has spent her entire career in orthopedic surgery and spine care in different settings such as inpatient, outpatient and the operating room. Stephanie lives in the suburbs of Worcester with her spouse and her two mini dachshunds. In her free time Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family as well as cooking with local ingredients from around Massachusetts or her own garden.
