About Stephen Fender, PA-C
Stephen is a 2012 graduate of The University of Findlay in Findlay, OH with a Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant studies. Prior to Physician Assistant school, he graduated from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH with a Bachelor of Science in Education. While as an undergraduate student at OSU, he was a member of the varsity football team.
Prior to working with Ortho Sport and Spine Physicians, he gained experience in sports medicine, traumatology, general orthopedics, orthopedic spine, surgical first assist, and pain management in clinical and hospital settings.
Stephen is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. He is licensed by the Florida State Board of Medical Examiners and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Outside of the office Stephen enjoys getting together with his family and friends, playing golf, and spending time at the beach.
